“Lewisham Interiors entered our lives, via the Internet, in January 2015 and we are forever grateful that they did. We had downsized from a four-bedroom house to a two-bedroom apartment, and we were struggling to make it work.

After the initial consultation we believed that in Larissa we had found someone who understood our needs and concerns and would be able to deliver within a set time frame. By using colours, a large mirror, and pieces of furniture that we would never have thought of, Larissa turned our apartment into the beautiful home it is today. Larissa also had no hesitation incorporating furniture that we had brought from our previous home.

Neither of us ever considered red and black as two of our favourite colours but now our dining room chairs have been reupholstered in black, our recliner chair is red and many of our other pieces are either red or black.

One of Larissa’s many assets are her list of excellent Tradespeople/Craftspeople who she can call on at a moment’s notice and who deliver on time. Another that impressed us very much was that Larissa or Tarya were always on site when an item was being delivered or installed such as blinds, mirror, furniture (both new and restored) and new and reframed art pieces. Another asset is Larissa’s ‘fascination’ with detail. Larissa designed a ‘piece’ of joinery for the study which incorporates cupboards, drawers, storage, and a bar to die for. For this we received at least five sets of drawings all with a very slight change but each one an improvement on the previous. When contacting Larissa or Tarya, if not immediately available, it would only be a very short time before a reply would be received either by email, text, or telephone.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Larissa and her Staff. It has been a journey of learning and great pleasure as we got to know Larissa and she got to know us. We now have a beautiful home to which we are proud and happy to have friends come and visit and for all of this we say Thank You So Much Lewisham Interiors.”

We had no hesitation in calling on Larissa’s expertise again, as a few years ago we wanted to modernise the entrance, living room and dining room of our 70’s house where layout made it difficult to get a harmonious feeling. Larissa came to our rescue. She had wonderful ideas but importantly for us, would narrow them down to a couple of serious options so we weren’t overwhelmed with decision making, with a tactfully suggested recommendation that invariably was the way we went. She oversaw all aspects: wall treatment, colour selection, new furniture and restoration of some furniture, the brilliant placement of mirrors that have done so much for lightening the room and bringing in the outside garden, our favourite pictures reframed so they complement each other and the room, curtains, blinds, down to the detail of ornaments and even the colour, size, and placement of the books on our bookshelves. We continue to get a thrill when we walk into these rooms.
